any chance a coke zero and whisky might be allowed
Hey, goodlookin. Unsweetened liquor (like whiskey) is in the Menu Planner food lists under Carbohydrates (beverages), and you can select it for your menu, if you wish. We would, of course, recommend using it in small amounts and not more frequently than a couple of times per week.
As for the Coke Zero, we’re not crazy about artificial sweeteners, as they can actually work against your efforts here, but again, small amounts aren’t too much of a problem if the drink keeps you happy and motivated.
