MemberHi everyone…..I am very new to this site (just joined yesterday) and would appreciate some input from anyone who may be familiar with my situation. My job does not allow me to have regular breaks or even time for a decent meal. I may have 5 to 10 minutes a few times a day and in that time I have to take restroom breaks and try to squeeze in something to eat. (I am a bus driver). Does anyone have suggestions for snacks or a really fast meal. I do take cut up veggies and fruit to work and at times a hard boiled egg for some protein. Any other ideas would be great!

KeymasterHi Karen,
Thank you for posting and welcome!1. In order to make changes to specific foods in your menu plan, simply click on “Apps”, followed by “My Menus”. Then, select the menu you would like to edit by clicking on “View”.
2. Once your menu appears, click on the food you would like to replace, and a list will appear with alternative choices that you can choose from.
3. Additionally, to change an entire meal you can click on the white rotating arrows to the right of the meal.
4. If you would like to create a completely new menu, click on the “Apple” logo entitled “My Food Choices” to return to create a new menu by deselecting and selecting foods that you want. If you choose this method don’t forget to click the “Save and Create Menu” button afterwards.
5. If there is a food that you can’t find in the menu, why not make a suggestion by clicking on this link to suggest foods to add to the Menu Planner: http://www.trimdownclub.com/suggest-foods/
Hope this helps.
To your success 😉

MemberI got a pedicure today and brought my Nora Roberts book with me. Sheer pleasure, reading while the tech was massaging my feet and lower legs. This is the life!

MemberHi to all asking about cup weights. A cup is about 250 grams for a liquid (also referred to as about 250 ml). If it is a solid, however, the weights may vary. See this reference here – http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.

Memberyou are all very inspiring! This is week 5 for me and am sticking stringently to the plan but am still around the same weight (sigh….). Am telling myself that my body is still adjusting ( and hoping this is true and that I am not failing the plan). My menus tell me that my meal plans is 90% and am trying to substitute meals to get it higher.. I am determined to do this – Have been ill for last couple of months with horrible virus but am hoping that now that is gone I will be more successful. here’s hoping!!

MemberHi,
I am trying to drink 2 – 3 cups of green tea per day and have been adding a slice of lemon. Just wanted to check, is the lemon slice OK or does it affect the green tea benefits?
