Is there another name for wholegrain bread. I have looked in all my supermarkets and asked in M&S and delicatessen / healthy eating shops and no one seems to sell WHOLEGRAIN BREAD. Is it multigrain bread – I have seen a lot of that?
Hi I’m new just joined yesterday, I came across your guestuon.the bread I have eaten for years is sprouted 100% whole grain bread,
