MemberHi I’ve been using the plan for around 5 weeks now, I feel better and I am eating many foods I didn’t used to. I lost weight the first 2 weeks, since then I have maintained, I have lost cm’s off my hips and bust, but gained cm’s to my thighs. I am putting that down to extra walking. But I am stumped as to why my weight loss has stopped. Any advice?

MemberHi, Heltemplaa. Congratulations on your progress! Sometime plateaus in weight loss do stop, and if you have been doing everything the same, it is usually a message to modify your exercise plan to wake up new muscles. If you have been walking, perhaps consider weight training (even just with water bottles or food cans), adding bursts of jogging to your walk (perhaps 30 seconds for every 5 minutes), or yoga-type exercises that work your hips and belly area. If you’re interested in guidance, this may be a resource: http://oldschoolnewbody.com/v5/index.php?hop=b2cms&p=lookyounger

MemberCan anyone tell me if you have a greater/higher chance of losing weight
with a higher “health level” for your menu? Can you lose more weight with a higher health level than a lower one?

MemberHi, ThinMaryJane. There may indeed be a greater chance of easier weight management with a healthier menu (i.e., higher score).
