Hi. Just joined today.
Trying to understand portion sizes of meals.
On the menu planner it doesn’t say how much milk allowance I should have daily. It just says oats with milk! Can I still have some in my tea?
Can I eat as much fruit as I wish. The planner tells me half a bannana 2 figs etc.
What about vegetables – are they unlimited? If so why does it give portion sizes?
Also I wanted to have a go at the lemon cottage cheese muffins to have at breakfast. How can I fit them in as it didn’t give me the option in the drop down box.If I have them how can I count them in to a days eating plan?
Bit bamboozled at the minute.
I am new too, I have read all the information and somewhere in there it says what you can have at anytime ( free food, so to speak) read all the info to help you, good luck.
