I’m 29 and since I was about 13, I’ve been eating only one meal a day. Part of it was because of how early I had to get up for school the other part was because of developing IBS and getting sick from almost everything I ate. So even today I only eat dinner, I don’t snack, and I just can’t usually bring myself to eat the rest of the day. Despite this one meal I have gained a significant amount of weight over the years, I eat one turkey sandwich and can literally gain almost 5lbs the next day. Is there any trick that can help me eat more but smaller meals? Or anyone who has had success on the one meal a day plan?
