hi i have ordered the foods in and ready to start tomorrow , a cup do you mean a tea cup size , like half a mug , milk in tea and coffee is this ok
Hi, 123joannae. A cup is 8 fluid ounces or 240 ml. Milk in tea and coffee is great – just note that if you use full-fat milk, it can add up – so then just count each cup also as 1-1/2 fat servings (each fat serving is like a teaspoon of oil or butter, Tablespoon of salad dressing, 1/4 cup avocado, etc.).
