Hi I signed up last week and didn’t have time to get started. I am off the next 3 days so I wanted to get going and have spent so much time in the menu planner I am about to throw in the towel. I don’t really like to have to follow a menu, but would like the food list (which I found) and put my own menu together based on that. I have not found anywhere as to how much of the different food groups we get how to correctly combine for optimal results. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
