Hello, I have just joined up and already I am worried. It all seems strange and sort of free! I have ditched Weight-watchers as although it worked really well to begin with I am now slowly putting the pounds back on.
I have registered as a vegetarian, but although the ‘house’ allows no meat I very often crave fish or steak! You may guess that I am not as committed to note eating anything with a face as my other half.
is there a way to set up my choices for menus to allow the occasional substitution of a non-veggie option I wonder?
Hi, Sally. Absolutely! First go through the Menu Planner as a vegetarian, then go through it again with no special needs checked in your profile. You will have two sets of menus, and can switch between them throughout the week as you wish – both are accessible through the “Menu History” application.
