DeborahjjhayesMemberThere is a natural, sugar free syrup from Nature’s Hollow(Sprouts,or online). Many times I’ll put 1/3 of fruit in the Ninja and liqueify it .Combine it with 2/3 serving of the rest of the fruit. Put it in a bowl with 1 Tablespoon of maple syrup and heat i the microwave.Delicious! Look on your exchange list fora TBLS of maple syrup.

briankdotyMemberI just started today and I’m getting my shopping done for tomorrows menu. I have a question; what is 1 serving of “FREE” spread. What is “FREE” spread? And where do I buy it? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
ThanksApril 10, 2015 at 12:46 am #28394
Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Brian. Click on the term “free spread,” and a list will pop up. These are just limited portions of common items like jam, butter, etc.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, dmadd, and welcome! Don’t worry – that’s a normal feeling, and it will go away. Just ease into the program gradually and at your own pace. Small changes will add up, and keep in mind that the most time-consuming tasks will get easier and take less time.
You can definitely eat the same thing a couple times a week to make it easier – you can even repeat whole weeks, swap foods in the same group between meals, etc. Whatever is comfortable.April 11, 2015 at 10:32 pm #28421

dawns59MemberI signed up last week but have been on a business trip so I am getting ready to start this plan Monday. I went shopping yesterday for all the ingredients I didn’t have at home. I had a menu of the least variety to keep the shopping list down. I did not have to buy meat (I have a freezer full) but I still managed to spend $120! That is not something I will be able to maintain. Has anyone else come across this?

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, rahemery52. Do you mean pastured chicken? If so, it is highly recommended, especially if organic.
April 12, 2015 at 12:19 am #28435
Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Dawns59. The greatest expense will be at the beginning as you upgrade your staples, and then you will just be gradually replacing items as you use them up. If you want less variety, you can either select that option in your profile, repeat meals and even whole days or weeks, or both.

denise@trimdownMemberI’m new and can’t get started! The create menu planner isn’t working! There is no walk through option but I did watch the tutorial video. It’s really demotivating to follow all the instructions and then find you can’t get started…

little_j1998MemberHi I am having trouble eating all the foods provided in each meal it is just so much. I personally don’t eat much. How can I cut down the serving sizes and still meet the nutritional needs to loose weight???I like to eat the same foods most days as I am picky with the types of food I like will that not work on a food plan like this??
