MemberI’m new, too, and since you have been at it for a month, do you have any tips? I am struggling to get used to the site, but mostly struggling to hop on the menus.

MemberDoes water make someone bloated? I’m drinking a lot of water. I think that’s okay cause when I’m working the weight comes off and hey it helps to make me feel full and not eat as much. Therefore losing weight. I’m also going to eat one prune a day because I find it hard to eat the real thing it’s the texture. Prunes are dried up plums. They are good for fibre but prune juice doesn’t really help lose fat. So I need the fibre, I’ll stick to my one prune a day. It does taste bad to me. Yay!

MemberHi, HelenAlice. Water itself does not make someone bloated unless he or she has major organ failure (kidney, liver, lung) or if you drink much, much more than you need. Your method of drinking lots of water and prune juice is excellent. Glad to read you’re feeling well.
