I may be overlooking something with the program. When the menu gives an item to eat such as an egg, how do I know how to prepare the egg. I noticed several other food items with no direction as how to prepare them. I need some instructions. Thanks
dcarroll36
Hi, dcarroll36. You can prepare those items as you wish, but hopefully using a healthy cooking method (such as those recommended in our main program guide and recipe collection). We intentionally leave them generic so you can ensure the menu suits your tastes.
Thank you for your reply
What is SWG?
Hi, Cindy. “SWG” stands for “sprouted whole grain.” You can read more about it here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/what-is-swg-bread.
