I ve just joined in last week
and now i m in week two.
But since i m living in africa due to work matters.
There are alot of food that we dont find here.
But i ve tried to replace them with what they have here tho.Now i ve got a question wondering around,
the question is that sticking to this eating plan (3meal/3snacks)
am i allowed to take some protein shakes/ whey shakes?
will it work? and to which meal should i put the protein shake?i do some yoga workout (beginner)
trying to build a little more muscles^^

MemberHi, Jolinanna, and welcome! Plenty of people here make shakes to substitute for snacks (it is easiest when in a service job). We recommend to make the shakes from whole foods as much as possible (we have some recipes here http://www.trimdownclub.com/recipe_type/drinks/, that can be used by themselves or with a protein additive if you don’t add something like dairy to it), as well as some options for hearty soups that you can put in a thermos and take with you as well http://www.trimdownclub.com/recipe_type/soups/.
