Welcome to the TDC! In just starting out, I would say the most important thing for you to do is to: Read Labels.
I used to grab my favorite ‘stuff’ off the shelves never even thinking about what was in container. Be very mindful of products containing sodium. (Salt)

In the websites’ search engine, just one word usually does it. Try the word: Soy. It will knock your socks off!
