MemberRegarding the 21 day menu; I struggled to work out what to do on my second week. I find using the set menus easier at first rather than making up my own from apps. I downloaded the first week from the 21 day menu, but it wouldn’t let me down load a second week. So I am guessing that on the second week you have to download the 14day menu, and that adds up to 21 days. So I have done that and will be starting the 14day menu tomorrow.

MemberHi guys. I teach in a different field and have been teaching discipline using a community. I was on vacation with my little boys and came across this site after packing on 10 more pounds on the trip (convenience, comfort). MemberHi, Alirys, and welcome. You can generate menus by entering the Menu Planner application (under “Apps”) above – there are instructions there to guide you.

MemberI just joined the other day, and what I’ve been focusing on is eating every three hours. I have a terrible history of waiting too long, then getting the shakes and eating WAY too much. Already, my sugar cravings are under control. I have a good working knowledge of good protein/fats/carb combinations,but need to add wisdom to that knowledge in making a habit of eating ‘on time.’ Very impressed by this program.
