MemberYou should have filled in your weight, age etc and have a menu specific to you. Look at the home page and scroll down to 21 day menu – I think I have replied to your request to be a friend but I also got lost!

MemberThanks. I finally figured out by clicking on my username after I posted my comment. Its going to be a little confusing for the next few days but I have confidence.

MemberI am a new member, and I have found this web site very difficult to navigate. If I had known this was going to cause me so much stress, I would have just kept on with the eating plan I was doing. It was easy to figure out. I just thought this seemed to be a bit better, until I paid the money, and looked at the web sight. I am very disappointed. Trying to find a list of foods with the amount we can eat of that food is a major thing. I don’t have hours to look this stuff up. Very, very disappointed here.

MemberHi, ILoveCollies, and welcome. The difficulties tend to only be in the beginning, and then things become second nature. If you enter the Menu Planner application (in “Apps” above), you will see food lists arranged by food group – foods in lighter blues are the ones that are particularly recommended. You can select what you like to build a personalized menu based on your needs, or use one of the pre-made menus, available through “My Downloads” above (once you have entered the Downloads area, click on the Main Program, then scroll down to find the menus).
For additional useful information, you can join the group “Successful Beginnings” (http://www.trimdownclub.com/groups/talking-cooking-nanas/) for great support from other Clubmembers, or contact tech support through the “Contact Us” link below.
For nutrition-related questions, you can post here, and I would be more than happy to help.August 4, 2014 at 7:29 pm #22283Merribuck
MemberMy main issue, is there were no references to food allergies. I’m assuming that I can find alternatives if a recipe includes something that will make me turn blue. (Tongue in cheek – excuse the subtle pun.)

MemberAbsolutely!!! We have a lady named Anna in our group that has food allergies and has lost nearly 100 pounds in 10 months.Welcome, and good for you. I know you will find the more you are an active member of Successful Beginnings and Support and encourage and share the more encouraged you will be. Also , for us to see your comments you must come to the group ,otherwise we won’t see any of your comments and I don’t want you to think we’re ignoring you. 😛

MemberIt is my first day and I am excited. I want to learn as much as possible how to really live a full life and eat foods that are good and taste good so I’ll continue the rest of my life. I am tired of being ripped off with pills, packaged stuff, liquid subtances, you name it.

MemberI have recently join the club but finding it very difficult as I am pure vegetarian. Cannot find the right stuff for the right time to eat. The web seems to be quite confusing for me.

KeymasterHi Pravina13,
Have you had a chance to try the Menu Planner application. It is located under the Apps section. You will be able to chose the foods you love and it even takes your dietary needs into consideration!
Best of luck 😉

MemberI’m in week two (technically). I also found the food too much and in fact put on a pound in the first week! I think the 21 day menu is for people who have either a lot to lose or have been eating a lot of food and are gaining slowly. I’ve adapted the diet to my usual regime, but am again a bit lost. I’m trying to fill in the menu planner but there are so many foods that I don’t want (initially anyway) that I can’t fill the blue bands required to be able to create a new diet – the menu planner is itself a bit confusing as it seems to jump about and I’m never sure if I’ve seen everything on offer). Any ideas?

MemberHi, Dorsetstar, and welcome. I see that your weight is indeed on the borderline between diet patterns, and if you are not physically active, you may benefit from the one just below yours. If you adjust your weight to 149 lbs, that may help. Please do repost here if it does not.
