MemberI was also looking for a list of firer foods to eat, condiments also. Insoooo am not computer friendly so I am still trying to get the hang of it. I find that I do not need all the snacks but again still trying to get into the habit. I need more guidance and support at times.

MemberIs there a way to incorporate the recipes they provide into the menu done for you? Or what are the recipes for if u just eat what is on your menu planner.

MemberHi, Mindy. Many of the recipes are in the Menu Planner lists – you can select them if you use the full Menu Planner application. For the recipes that are not there, you can just select something similar as a placeholder, then make the swap when it comes time to prep the meal. If you would like some help with specific recipes, please do repost.

Memberdo we have to do the meal thing its getting to hard and complicated cant i just eat whatever i want in the right portions and just take out the five bad things?
