I am starting today and meal planning for the whole family with eating healthier. I see potato’s on the menu- white & Sweet. Does anyone know if those little red potatoes are a good substitute? Are they considered “white?” Thanks!!!
Hi, Jackieknut, and welcome! Little red potatoes are considered to be white potatoes (as opposed to sweet), and are a good substitute. Every potato has its own nutritional value, but all are good.
