Hi Im Josie from New Port Richey, Florida and in just 14 days I graduate from college with my Associate Degree as a Health Information Technician. I am 55 years old and have just kept creeping those nasty pounds on. I would like to at least loose 10 pounds as a start before Jan 19. I hope this new way of eating helps. I am wits end and don’t want to starve to death. My husband is a Type II diabetic so we are going to try this together. My question is when I went to the menu planner I didn’t see alot of foods I enjoy and am wondering are they off limits or can I have them in moderation? Also do I have to always go by the menu planner or is there a site I can open that has the foods and quantities I can have.
