I hate to cook but I have to change my eating habits due to my tremendous weight gain last year. Any tips from others who hate to cook?
Also, are there any easy shopping tips for the suggested dishes?
I am not a cook either but one thing |I have realized is that if I learn about the science of cooking how certain foods and herbs and spice affect them when prepared adds to the enjoyment of meals.
it is really about enjoying our food, and preparation can be apart of this with great satisfaction that we know we have prepared healthy food
It does take time and prep but often i cook one day a week several items and then freeze or rotate these for the week.
