TambaerMemberI was wondering if multi-grain, 12-grain, 7-grain, or 9-grain breads, muffins, tortillas, or flat-bread are okay to use as I live in a rural area and the grocery stores do not carry a lot of 100% whole grain items.

mormor001MemberI am wondering also about corn tortillas, because I live in an area where there are few bread choices also, but lots of corn tortillas.

PRAISETHELORDMemberWhy do I always have to type in Trimdown club to get into the internet . Then when I get in I can’t find my particular page and have to search all over the web pages. This is frustrating. I printed off one weeks diet then I got another week which do I use. I;m not liking the communication.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Mormor. Corn tortillas are great if they are made from whole organic corn. A 6-inch / 15-cm tortilla is like a slice of bread, and anything 8 inches or larger is like 2 slices of bread.

melanieschwobMemberI’m wondering if I need to follow the weekly menu in order? I print them out on Thursday evenings, so can I start with the Friday menu, or do I need to start with Monday?

Tlg7t3MemberHello! I’m two weeks in and wondering when I will get the 4 free gifts? I’m really looking forward to the cook books. I love the program so far and want to maximize my healthy foods but am terrible at cooking unless I have a guide. And the cookbooks definitely were a big part of why I choose to purchase the program.
Thank you!

WkdToriMemberHi Tara, please try tapping on the “My Downloads” on the dark blue strip across the top right hand side of the screen to view your downloads and they should be there.
I hope this helps and wish you all the best.

WkdToriMemberHi melanieschwob, you can begin your weekly menu whenever you prefer. You can also vary your daily meals to suit your needs, eg. Swap lunch and dinner around, or any of the snacks, etc. If I have a snack down for later in the day but I fancy it instead of one I have earlier I can swap them. There is no need to change the menu layout just remember what you have swapped round.
I hope this helps and wish you all the best in your endeavours

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Patsy, and welcome. Are you going through the 8-week program, or are you starting without it?

patsy558MemberHi what is the 8 week plan?
June 12, 2015 at 9:24 pm #29561
Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Patsy. The 8-week plan is the first route that is usually recommended to new Clubmembers, to ease them into the program. It lets you read specific material here to understand the principles, and guides you through examples of healthy menus and then on to building your own menu and good habits.

jeannerossMemberHi, I am new today. I am muddeling thru setting up menus etc.. One question. Can we not just have some simple breakfasts menus like Bacon, eggs and toast and a fruit? and when in a rush make sandwiches for lunch with the approved breads of course. ??
