MemberWhat are the exchanges I need (proteins, carbs, fruits, vegetables, etc) I need per day or where can I find them so I can create my own menu instead of following the plan’s menu verbatim?

MemberHi, Beth, and welcome. To see your menu pattern, click on “Exchange mode” in the toolbar above your finished menu. Exchanges that would then go into those slots are here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.
In addition, you can build your menus in the personal Menu Planner application itself by clicking on the circular arrow icon at the upper right of each meal, then following the instructions in the pop-up sub-application.October 6, 2015 at 7:11 am #31995lisar72

MemberHi, Lisa, and welcome! The frozen pancakes can be any type made of all-natural, whole ingredients. Below is an example of an ingredients list that we would encourage:
Ingredients:
ORGANIC WHEY (MILK), ORGANIC WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR, ORGANIC CANE SUGAR, ORGANIC EXPELLER PRESSED SOYBEAN OIL, LEAVENING (SODIUM BICARBONATE, SODIUM ACID PYROPHOSPHATE, MONOCALCIUM PHOSPHATE), ORGANIC VANILLA FLAVOR, SEA SALT, ORGANIC OAT FIBER, ORGANIC EGGS, ORGANIC SOY LECITHIN (EMULSIFIER).
or (with added vitamins and minerals):
Ingredients: Organic Whey (Milk), Organic Whole Wheat Flour, Organic Evaporated Cane Syrup, Organic Expeller Pressed Soybean Oil, Leavening (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Organic Vanilla Flavor, Sea Salt, Organic Oat Fiber, Organic Eggs, Organic Soy Lecithin (an Emulsifier). Vitamins & Minerals: Zinc Sulfate, Niacinamide, Reduced Iron, Vitamin B12, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Thiamin Mononitrate, Folic Acid.
All will be the same, but you can do fine if you get an “organic” type such as those sold at health-oriented like Whole Foods Market or Holland and Barrett. - AuthorPosts
