I’m trying to add a new menu and since it’s Sat and my weekly menu doesn’t start until Mon it looks like I can’t start another one for next week yet?

Thanks for posting.
You are not restricted to a specific number of menus. On the other hand, I wouldn’t make more menus than needed because it will make it harder to stay on top of them. The beauty of a menu set a bit down the road is that you have time to make changes to it leading up to the start of the week.
