MemberHi OSSIE, I am having some challenges with the new menus, for my whole week, most of the vegetables, even on maintenance, are ‘free vegetables’. I just got some wonderful green beans at the market, and there’s no where to put them, very frustrating.

MemberIf it’s a green vegetable, don’t worry too much about it – just swap them out. I will look into what you are describing.

MemberThanks, Ossie! I do like the new menu history page though, great to have all that information, and to be able to delete them. Some of the alternate lists have changed, it may be a little more difficult for me to avoid the nightshade family, but I will work with it. Another thing I noticed, parsnips used to be on the old vegetable list, now the only alternate is artichoke and one other thing….I guess it is a work in progress.

MemberHi Ossie, have you found out anything about the ‘free vegetables’?

MemberHi, Lynn. When I looked it up, it allowed green beans. I will forward you query to tech support.

MemberI thought perhaps they were in the process of changing the veg lists and this was interim….surely we can have the other specified vegetables (‘vegetables limited by serving size’) on maintenance at least, if not on weightloss.

MemberI believe so, too, and will update you with any new information I received. As you noted, the Menu Planner is being upgraded.
