MemberNo Dough Pizza
1 pkg 8 oz of full fat cream cheese
2 eggs
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 c parmesan cheese
Mix and pour into 8×13 baking dish
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350*
Topping:
1/12 c spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 c mozzarella cheese
Any toppings you like added in moderation. I like turkey sausage crumbles, sauteed onion, bell pepper, red pepper flakes,
Add sauce, veggies and cheese, bake another 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned a bit. Thanks so much Ossie

MemberI was wanting to know how much 1/8 th of this pizza recipe would count. That question somehow didn’t get on the original post. Sorry. Debbie

MemberWhat would happen to the count if you used Neufchatel?

MemberHi, Deborah. Neufchatel is definitely a better choice, as it has less fat and a little more protein than full-fat cream cheese. One-eighth of your pizza recipe counts for 1-1/2 protein + 2 fat.
