MemberHi,
I have decided to join the Trim down club as I resemble what can only be described as a beached whale. I am weighing in at 161 lbs and want to get down to approx 130 lbs. I have decided to try the 60 day challenge to keep myself motivated as I am previously dieted and failed.
Any tips would be gratefully accepted.
