    I just started also. I got my menu for the first week and went to the store. Cost me $130.00. I had some of the food already at home. I do see that some of the items are for 3 people. I am alone so I hope they freeze well. I do not like to cook so this is going to be hard for me.

    I am also wondering if this was a mistake. Well lets try it and see.

    Hi all, I am new here too. Although I have tried to eating six meals
    a day before and found it hard to while I was working. I am now retired and can devote more time to the way I eat. I think this will
    work. It’s not really a diet but a way to eat healthy and still lose weight. I’m ready to get started.

    I am new to this and I’m not up on computers so finding this a bit hard to find my way round more so because I am English and I don’t understand how much a cup should weigh pounds and ounces or grams are my weights .if any one els is finding this hard to follow get in touch with me and let’s see if we can help each other .

    I just joined today_not very computer literate and feeling rather overwhelmed with food which seems so very American orientated not sure what so much of it even is!Wondering if it was a mistake too!
