I came home from work one night and my hubby…who I call “Mr. Honey” (because he loves Honey…on everything), was sitting at the computer with a big smile on his face. I was on my 4th day of Adkins and he was trying to GOOGLE if Wine had carbs. The Trim Down Club POP-UP came up in the search and he was intrigued. I watched the video and joined that night. We created our shopping list and he picked up food to help us complete the weekly menu. I feel such support…but also pressure to succeed. I need the lifestyle change but without the pressure of feeling that I am on a “diet”. Advice accepted here.
