I’m having a tough time it seams all I do is think about food!
Planning what to eat and then seeing if we have the foods available in the house.
I started at 285, went to 282 in the first day, then 281, then yesterday we had to go to an Easter brunch, I tried to watch what I was eating, then we had an Easter
family supper with the rest of the family…..
    Today I’m at 288!!!
The log book is not very tablet friendly, too much typing.
I really need this to work!!!

Hi, 0808dale. I have forwarded your query to the tech development team.
Holidays can be tough, but they do get easier. The rest of the program gets easier too – just ease your way into it, and be patient.

Even though I wasn’t perfect with the eating at Easter, at least I was AWARE that I was over-during it. So, it’s a start!

PS There seems to be a trick to making this work with the tablet. I am picking up speed as I go along.

I certainly identify with the statement that “I really need this to work!!!” May we make SOME progress today…

I sense desperation in some of this thread, or maybe that is just what I am feeling. I went to a surgeon about “the sleeve” last week, and after battling the issues with my weight, I actually was considering it. Now, I have learned about ghrelin and leptin and maybe there is a physical reason for my 50 pound weight gain ( as well as the mental stuff, too). I was up to 273, this AM 267. I can relate to always thinking about food, but this surge in hunger most of the time has me immobilized.

Hi, bsquaye. Most of our members find this program to provide too much food. Hopefully your hunger will decrease here.

Is there a way to view past menus without creating new menus. I did not print out my menu for the first week thinking I could just view it online, but every time I went to the Menu Planner App I had to create a new menu before I could see the Menu History. And since I had done that several times, I now had several menus to choose from, but they were all different.

Please disregard my previous question about the Menu History. I just found it on the Diet Journal App.
    Thanks!
