Can you drink Fairlife skimmed milk and use salad mix from grocery stores
Hi, Fran. Those products are fine, but not the very best option. Fairlife is essentially a processed product, but regular skim milk tends to be a bit worse. Salad mixes are great if the vegetables are not cut in any way, but if they are cut, some of the nutritional value may be lost – it is still better than not eating vegetables at all.
