    Did I miss it on the website? Where to I enter my height, wt, and goal weight so that the Meal Planner can calculate the right intake to cause me to lose weight? I’ve been on lots of diets and some successful but could keep it off once I reached goal weight. How are portions calculated on this without my weight and height? What’s the goal weight the Meal Plan is calibrated to reach??
