MemberHey everyone,
I am new to the club and looking for support! I am an active Mom of 2 kids, who participates in Crossfit classes approximately 3-4 times a week (when my work schedule allows me), and I want to lose 30 lbs by eating healthier options–carb junkie! Looking for simple, quick snacks/meals to make during our busy activity-filled weeks! Thanks!

MemberHi, dblmajc, and welcome! The groups (link above) are a great way to get support. “Successful Beginnings” is the most popular, but you may find others that have just what you’re seeking.
If you have nutritional questions, I’m here and happy to help 🙂November 3, 2014 at 9:09 pm #24362vicmariell
MemberHello! I just joined Trim down club. It seems like a very helpful tool. I’m excited to learn and change my lifestyle habits. Please share your experiences… I would love to hear about successful stories. I cannot believe that this meal plan will make you loose weight since you are actually eating not dieting. Let’s see how it goes

MemberHi, vicmariell, and welcome! In the Nutrition and Diet section of these forums, you will find a few topics (at the top of the list) with input from other Clubmembers that you may find useful. In addition, you can join the Groups (link at the top right corner of every site page), where there is a lot of the type of exchange you’re seeking.

MemberThere is a place called Wegman’s, it is a big time health place and well just all around giant grocery store, anyhow, they have a gluten free section and super health nut section.. try Kale chips. I don’t know if you’ve ever tried them but they are good. They would probably also be at a local fresh mart too.
