    Hey I’ve joined mostly for the information I can get about eating better food. I’ve heard green tea mentioned a lot but it’s actually something that agitates my anxiety because of the amount of caffeine in it. I was wondering if people new any alternatives with less caffeine, all I can really think of is white tea.

    Hi Tigzo, The green tea I have is herbal and has no caffeine in it. Check in your health food store.
