Am i hust a thick English person or not, just trying to get my head round the diet, some things look staight forward.
can any one tell me, for instant, what is 1 cup of chilli, orgainic either with or with out meat, to have with stirfry beef and broccoli.
is it just homemade chilli or pre brought one
I am finding some of the American wording very confusing

MemberHi, Alison. We of course prefer you prepare homemade chili, but in cases where people are too busy, we have included the option of store-bought chili – among these, we prefer organic.

MemberHi Alison, another thick Brit here. Just started this week too. Managed to get measuring ‘cups’ in asda if thats any help but if you need measurements if you scan through this thread I posted a question about measurements earlier this week which was answered amasingly quickly.
Just keep asking – everyone is so helpful!

I am just find my meal planners have thrown up,some weird combinations like chilli with the stir fry and when I go to change it the choice is equally weird, just guess I am not used to have such combinations together.Also can we change we change things if I don’t like the choices given ? Some of the recipes I like better.
