SuebuchMemberSince I have signed up for Trim Down Club, I have gotten emails which have included articles from affiliated companies like Bikini Butt and Biotrust. Each and every program has their own ideas about how and what to eat so as to lose weight, and all seem contradictory to one another. Bikini Butt says to eat protein in the morning, regular foods during the day, along with veggies and then a veggie or salad and protein in the evening. However,, Biotrust has several ideas, one being to eat nothing at all until noon, take one of their shakes at noon and at hen one at 3 p.m. And then…eat a well balanced meal in the evening. And Trim Down has a lot more food on their list to eat managed all throughout the day. Is this because there is no one size that dits all? Listening to the different plans and trying each of them has gotten me all messed up and to be honest, I don’t know which would be best for me! I am gaining weight as a result of it which is disappointing, My concern is that Trim Down Club should only affiliate themselves with companies who align with them so that the articles and menu plans all coincide, rather than opposing one another. I have no problem learning about new ideas and supplements offered to help, but when varying Manu plans are introduced with each company affiliated with Trim Down, it can be downright frustrating, expensive, and confusing!

GregkitsonMemberHi I’m a new user and started yesterday can you advise what fluids I should or should not be taken as there appears no reference in the menus unless it’s wine ?

loveworkMemberHi everyone.
I’m really confused. I’m trying to create my second week menu, and no matter what I do it keeps saying ‘Week 1’. The other thing is that it’s so much food that I’m still full when I wake up n the morning. It’s making me dread eating–and I NEVER dread eating. I’m also having a difficult time finding out when I’m going to receive the cookbook and the Guide. Or, do I have to copy them from some website and cut and paste them. I like the program, but no one really answers the emails, and I’m not getting anywhere on the website. HELP!!!!

Adam FeldmanKeymasterHey lovework, you can find your guides and cookbook in the My Downloads area. It is at the very top right of the homepage. I suggest using the Menu Planner application to plan a menu that is based on your favorite foods. This is what I love most ! Good luck to all of us.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Lovework. The cookbook and guide are electronic, available in “My Downloads” (above), along with a few other items.
As for feeling full, don’t fight it – feel free to eat less at night if it helps.May 20, 2015 at 10:35 pm #29046
Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Greg. Fluids are discussed in the Program Guide (in “My Downloads” above) and in some of our articles and recent study summaries. We of course favor water (including carbonated), but tea and coffee are also fine – it all depends what you put in it, and the guide covers that as well. If you have questions about specific beverages, please do repost here.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Sue. Those other guides are indeed because not one size fits all. As for the gain, I suggest you stick with the main program here, but change the wait in your profile to 197 – this will drop you into a sightly smaller meal pattern that might better suit you. If you are not physically active, I suggest adding something to give your metabolism a boost. If you would like more information about that, please do repost here, and I will get back to you.
