On my menu for today at dinner I have:
.1 cup carrots
.4 ounces of chicken (white)
.1 cup of brown or wild rice (cooked)
What I don’t understand is, Do i select 1 of these items for my dinner or can I combine them together?
If I eat just 1 cup of carrots for my dinner I will be so very Hungary 🙁
no you eat everything on the list for each meal or snack… thats not a bad combo…. one of my meals wants me to eat 1oz chicken, 1 cup of onions, 2 oz of non fat yougurt and 1tsp of mustard what in the heck kind of meal is that? who eats a cup of onions?
I am British, what the heck is a ‘cup of carrots’ for goodness sake?
1 cup is 8 fl. oz or 240 ml (cc) of cut pieces.
