Well here it is my very first day of my new lifestyle. I was going to wait until June 1st just to be consistent. But why not just get going on it. I really gorged myself last night on a lot of the junk that had been accumulated. I felt really sick and depressed about that. I’m starting new so I’m hoping that you guys can help me as I walk this journey to slim and trimdom. Here’s hoping…

I’m so very happy to report that over the last week I lost 10 pounds. I’m sticking to my guns and not cheating at all. Except one time when My Mother-in-Law took my wife and I out to lunch. I had a Quesadia and a salad. Hope that wan’t too far off the mark of my lunch that day. It was the only thing on the menu that seemed healthy except salad. What do you do when someone invites you out. You can’t exactly shun them can you?
