    Hi, I just joined. I selected my foods but find my meal plan has food that I do not eat. eg. Leagumes. I sooner not have any kind of bread, rolls etc since this just tempts me to have more. I’m addicted to carbs. I would like to make a good start. Any suggestions????

    Hi, whatnownh. I see legumes and bread selected in your Menu Planner food lists – be sure to deselect them if they don’t suit you.
