I don’t have much time in my schedule to eat snacks so why are there several snacks per day?
Hi, Cheveyo. The snacks are there to prevent hunger, so that you aren’t tempted to overdo at your main meals. If you don’t have time for them, no worries – you can increase the protein, produce and fat a little at your main meals, and forgo the snacks. You can see how much of which food groups you are allotted by clicking on the “Exchange mode” icon in the toolbar above your menu – then just redistribute your snack exchanges as you see fit. If you would like more assistance with this, please repost here, and I would be happy to work with you.
