    Missy…It’s a grain similiar to couscous. I really like it. I add it to soups, or serve fish curry over it. Yum!

    TodayI had a very productive day! To start the day, my scales told me that I had lost 2 more pounds (that’s seven now since Feb. 1), then I doubled my distance on my walk from 2 miles to 4. I also fixed two recipes from Trimdown this morning, the cheesy mushroom deep dish quiche (my favorite), and Classic Green Bean Casserole (also very good). I followed the diet exactly today, I also cleaned out my garage, and wiped down all my baseboards and doors today! I got a good jump start on my spring cleaning! I feel great about it! I’m needing to do a couple batches of wash tonight, so all in all, it has been a fantastic day!

    I hope everyone is motivated by this program. I love it! I’m a bit confused that BioTrust articles are being recommended occasionally though. Their theory seems to contradict Trim Down Club, for instance, I just listened to one of their videos and it recommends their protein product for two milk shakes a day (skipping breakfast) and a regular meal at 6 PM and nothing more until the next milk shake the following day. I think I’ll keep with this program. It is a lot of food preparation, but I love the recipes, the forum where we share our thoughts, and the benefits of feeling better (and never hungry), being healthier, and losing weight on top of it!
