have just found this site and joined up straight away. Am really lacking motivation. Train at gym 3 x week walk my beautiful border terrier Jasper twice a day but cant help tucking into those tasty treats fingers crossed this helps
I have been on this for one week and lost 4.5 lbs, so Im happy with that. I did cheat once or twice but only one bite. Motivation for me , is picturing myself in this beautiful dress at a wedding we are going to, and thinking how good it will feel to be slimmer. Good luck to you!
