We have just expanded the list of shops that carry the foods we recommend. Please note that all the foods are found in both the US and the UK, but some may be new to many people, and so appear to be entirely “foreign”.

MemberYes I subscribed and have struggled – I am just trying to ensure food dies not have more than 5g of sugar and not eat processed food and hardly eating bread – u can buy the American items in line whilst some of them do not seem to expensive the postage and packages double the price sara

MemberHi im in the UK and al though I found it difficult at first to know what foods were I wrote a list and looked them up on the internet, I have found a few things by looking in the gluten free section of my supermarket and Holland and barrett online also have some. I got a couple of jugs from my supermarket that have cups and oz on them also measuring spoons this has made things easier.
