    Thought Id start this thread so Ossie can easily see our questions. Try and keep chit chat out o here and just simply ask your question or provide the answer to a question.

    Cup Size?

    Each fruit is different, so it is recommended to just use a standard measuring cup. A standard measuring cup also applies to cereals such as shredded wheat. This is 8 fl oz or 240 cc.
