Hi, I am new to Trim Down. First, let me say… unfortunately I am not educated on good nutrition. That’s why I am here. I do search the internet, but programs like this help.
I am currently on another plan that sends pre-packaged foods… and adding some of your own. It is a bit expensive for me. So was thinking about moving to this plan and cancelling the other one.
My problem is that I am currently going through breast cancer. I will have to have a breast removal. Then Chemo, radiation and then the chemo pill. I am going to have help after the surgery but not sure how chemo will make me feel. Will I be too tired to plan, cook or prepare these meals? Maybe I need to continue with the plan for at least another month? I am just not sure what to do here. Any advice or suggestions. Are any of the meals quick and easy to prepare.
I also noticed things like raw yogurt and milk. I am on a fixed income so can we substitute greek yogurt for the yogurt and non fat milk for the milk?
I have joined I am just not sure when to start this
