I am very anxious to get started, but I recently had a procedure done on my left big toe, and it is very painful to put on shoes and walk for any distance. However, I have read all the menus for the first week, made out my shopping list and am hoping my toe is healed enough to get to the store and get all the items on my list. I am a little concerned that I won’t be able to find everything at my usual grocery store. We don’t have a Whole Foods store in my hometown, so do I look for a nutrition store or something along those lines?
Yes – a nutrition store is very likely to carry the ingredients. As for your mobility issue, there are exercises you can do without being on your feet! The best ones are floor exercises, including pilates, “crunches” (also called “sit-ups”), etc.
