    Just like the other newbies…I am confused. Is there a place to save the menus so I don’t have to start from the beginning each time I want to look at a menu? Is there a place to check off what I did eat? I wish there was more in the “How to get started” information!!!

    Hi, eas1802, and welcome. Your menus are automatically saved – in the Apps section, you will see Menu History as an option. Regarding the rest, we are happy to help in whatever way we can.

    Again thanks to all who gave me tips going to get grocery will add grapes and spinach which I just love…I just can’t seem to get it together but I am not giving up..

    New here too. I am on day 2 of following the menu. I find the web site very easy to use. My issue is Me, me, me. I did BEAUTIFULLY yesterday all day eating exactly what I was geared to eat. I did BEAUTIFULLY today at work. Then I made stupid choices at dinner. I started to type how I am feeling about my choices tonight, but then I thought the better of it and decided to remain positive about my experiences. I need accountability in every sense of the word. I commit to all who read this that tomorrow will be a better day of eating for me. I will think before I eat. Stay strong everyone. 🙂

    Hi Everyone! I am new as of yesterday also. That organic stuff it pretty pricey for me. Just wondered what others thought. I tried the menu made up for me and some of the things I had no clue what they were. It’s okay though as that won’t stop me from trying this new thing. I wanted to make a comment on the menu but it won’t let me. It says I have to use letters and numbers. DAH! I was typing in letters to write to them and it won’t let me do that. Anyone else have a bright idea on this.

    Hi, Chubbiegubbie. Don’t worry about breaking the bank – we just list the ideal. However, if you focus on foods that are unrefined and not overprocessed, you’ll be fine.

    couple questions, can I don’t drink much water, can I use the sugar free single servings of drink aids? the video on grocery shopping will not load any reason why?

    Thanks for posting!
    I suppose you are referring to the video in Week 2 of the 8 Week Plan. I have checked your account and it is working ok for me. I suggest restarting your computer and trying again using a different internet browser, like Google Chrome.

    I have a couple of questions, new to this yesterday. Intending to start tomorrow, I added all my favourite foods etc and created a new menu which was 82% good so fine with that but when I try to print it out is just keeps going back to the original menu that was created before my favourites were added, also seem to be unable to print off the shopping list, it worked fine yesterday. Have tried logging out and back in, have deleted all the old menus, at a loss now.

    first week and I’ve lost 20lbs? Mmmmm, cant see it myself, yes I’ve lost some on my face, lower legs, lower arms, and a little on bum, the normal things when I’m on a diet.Has anyone else had a large loss in first week?

    Sorry to hear about the difficulties you are having with the Menu Planner.
    I checked your menu that is in your My Menus area and see that when I print it that it matches your menu. Additionally, I was able to print your shopping list too.     WHAT???lost 20lbs first week…OMG…mine was only 5lbs.

    I have lost 8lbs in three weeks..slow but getting there.
