MemberQuestion: Why is it that almost everytime I click on one of your program links I get Free Coupon Downloads or someother advertisement. Very frustrating.
Can this be fixed? Is it a snag in your program?
Thanks

MemberHello Everyone,
Just joined from Switzerland and to be honest I don’t find a lot of the products. However what I’m confused about is when I look at the recipes it has protein, fats, carbs etc but I don’t know how many of these things I’m allowed to eat anyway? Am I missing some important info on how to use this healthy eating existence? I started the 8 week menu and I could not eat all the food listed, is this normal? Im full and I didn’t even have dinner. MemberHi, I am just getting started and have ordered groceries for my first two weeks. Our town has a store that will deliver and they have a Health Market that carries alot of these products. So I am using or am familiar with most of the menu ingrediants. My husband and I have limited mobility(we both need new knees and I need at least one shoulder repaired. And we both have advanced arthritis) We are believing that through healthy eating and rehabilitative exercise we can greatly improve our quality og life.I am enjoying this program and have eaten the food for two days now.
I want to know if I can substitute almond flour for brown rice flour in all recipes for breads and deserts? Also would my Bob’s low carb flour work? I have struggled with weight since I had my tonsils out as a child. I have a hard time believing that I can eat bread, even swgs and rice or potatoes. But my methods have not worked so I am ready to try this plan since it espouses many of my core beliefs about nutrition. One of my concerns is that my husband and I try to eat organic natural products while my six grandchildren are eating stuff that hurts them…Any thoughts? I try to lead by example and don’t preach. Sometimes When I have the healthy snacks out they ask, “Do you have any real treats?” Other times they don’t seem to notice.
Thanks, sorry I rattled on and on. I really do need a community to be successful.September 10, 2015 at 8:07 am #31466JaneyW

KeymasterHi Lew1,
Unfortunately, there is no way to set an old menu on your dashboard; you have to get to it through the menu history. However, you can always save it as PDF.September 10, 2015 at 11:26 am #31471Support
KeymasterHi Avagantor,
We have sent you an email regarding your request of the coupons.September 11, 2015 at 9:25 am #31488oxongirl
MemberHello, just signed up – not 100% happy with the “half page display” (chrome, firefox, IE, all the same) when setting up the menu, it was hard scrolling to the right all the time.
Just wanted to find out whether any other newbies like to connect – I’m based in Oxfordshire, UK. good luck one and all.

MemberWell I didn’t follow my rule of waiting one month before weighing in. It has been 2 weeks. I joined on September 1st., 2015 and have lost 4 pounds. As I said in one of my other sharings, the reason I like to wait a month is so that I don’t get despairing when I don’t see the weight loss I’d like to see. 4 pounds is like a granule of sand in a desert, compared to what I have yet to lose. But I’ll take it. One Day at a time. 2 pounds a week. At this rate it will take 35 weeks to lose the 70 pounds. Wish me luck.

MemberAvagantor — CONGRATS for losing 4# in two weeks. And the best of luck at continuing to lose at that rate and also continuing to post your good tips, etc. to us here as we need the encouragement. I haven’t been able to really lose (go up and down the same 1 1/2 pounds — grrr!!)but feel I am eating much healthier.
ALL — Any ideas on how to budge a plateau???

MemberHi, parulrdave. Try looking for a store here http://www.julianbakery.com/locator/ or ordering it, e.g. from Amazon.
