I downloaded next weeks menu to get groceries I needed. Question…why do I eat 3 eggs and such then no morning snack anymore?
Hi, suszie1876. We recently upgraded the menus to include just two snacks, as it made things easier for most of our clubmembers. As for the eggs, we are working on correcting that – the new amount will likely be one or two eggs. Meanwhile, you can swap out part of that amount for yogurt or something else high in protein (click on the nearby edit tool for swap options).
