i work the graveyard shift (11-7) and I know that i need to loose weight. Does the trim down club’s program work with my schedule or is it geared only towards a “regular” schedule. If it can be geared towards my “oddball” schedule i am interested in joining. Please help.
You can use the Trim Down Menu with any schedule you want. The food goes with your activity level.
Just consider your first meal of your 24-hour period (even if it is evening or night) as breakfast, and go from there. Most night shift workers like to eat carbs because it seems to help deal with the darkness, but this actually increases the chances of gain – getting protein in with your carbs can help with that and give you more energy and help boost concentration.
