    I open up this app and look around. I cannot see what I should do to see any progress. I really would like to find something where 8 can put in what I have been doing and eating during the day. What I ate for lunch and every cup of tea I drink. So that in a week I will be able to measure how that week’s actions affected my body.

    Hi, FransStephanusleRous. Through the “Tools” link (in the toolbar near the top of this page), you will see our “Diet Journal” tool. You can log your foods and beverages there. You can see your weight change trends in the “Progress Meter” tool.
